Komunitas Elrond sangat luar biasa, sahabat yang menyenangkan!

Mengapa demikian? Akan saya katakan semua hal tersebut dan saya jelaskan dari sudut pandang saya.

Komunitas Elrond

Saya mengikuti dan bergabung dan menjadi bagian dari berbagai bentuk komunitas  selama bertahun-tahun. Event yang terorganizir, pihak LAN (pada saat itu), pertemuan, forum yang dikelola. Saya coba mengikuti terus, tetapi masalahnya adalah saya tahu beberapa hal tentang komunitas. Hal utama yang membuat komunitas kuat adalah bahwa orang pertama memberi diri mereka sendiri, menawarkan bantuan dan tidak pernah meminta imbalan apa pun. Bertemu dengan bebeberapa orang yang sangat bersemangat memberikan lebih  dan tanpa  meminta imbalan dari mereka. Dan lucunya pada awalnya Anda berpikir mereka dibayar untuk bertindak dengan cara ini karena mereka adalah bagian dari tim Elrond. Dan saya terkejut menemukan bahwa mereka hanya anggota biasa seperti saya. Dan itu luar biasa bagi saya.

Prinsip seperti ini  bekerja dalam situasi apa pun dalam kehidupan. Memberi tanpa mengharapkan balasan dan alam semesta akan memberi Anda kembali.

 

Gairah

Tidak ada komunitas yang tidak dapat tumbuh tanpa proyek atau ide. Tetapi beruntung bagi orang-orang Elrond, proyek ini tepat sasaran dan tim bekerja lebih keras dari sebelumnya. Peluncuran mainnet mendatang, acara Battle of Nodes. Semua  bekerja dan bersemangat untuk proyek, hal baik ini akan menyebar ke orang-orang. Ketika Anda melihat bahwa pengembang, manajer komunitas selalu ada, menjawab pertanyaan dan berpartisipasi dalam diskusi. Anggota yang lain merespons dengan cara yang sama dan semangat untuk mengembangkan proyek ini.

 

Seiring dengan pekerjaan yang telah dilakukan, hal tersebut benar benar menjadi  denyut nadi dari komunitas  dan itu dicerminkan oleh Anda kembali.

Orang-orang di sini tidak hanya bersemangat tentang proyek Elrond itu sendiri. Anda bisa melihat berbagai gambaran sudut pandang lain  yang dibawa ke ruang kerja mereka. Bagaimana seseorang berusaha untuk membuat dunia menjadi tempat yang lebih baik, pandangan kuat dalam politik, ekonomi, dan teknologi. Dan tentu saja, hasrat tidak berakhir di sini. Kegilaan game cryptobubbles.io berbahaya dan menyebar dengan dahsyat. Jumlah jam yang dihabiskan untuk berkompetisi di turnamen sangat luar biasa!

Kreativitas dan kecerdikan

Tentu saja, semua motivasi berasal dari platform Komunitas yang menurut saya merupakan cara yang sangat baik untuk menumbuhkan minat dan kelanjutannya  serta adil untuk  semua orang yang terlibat akan dihargai atas kontribusi mereka. Kompetisi Battle of Nodes, menurut saya, melahirkan salah satu kontribusi terbesar sejauh ini di komunitas. Bot yang dibuat oleh @DrDelphi adalah kontribusi luar biasa dan sangat membantu anggota komunitas lainnya dengan misi dan memungkinkan untuk dengan mudah melacak status dan statistik simpul Anda.

Masa depan

Saya berharap bahwa komunitas akan berusaha keras setelah peluncuran mainnet Elrond dan ini akan menjadi dorongan yang nyata bagi semua orang dan ini ditandai banyak orang baru yang  mulai berdatangan. Dengan gelombang ini, anggota komunitas yang lebih tua akan memiliki beberapa tanggung jawab untuk mengajari  orang yang  baru bergabung cara-cara Elrond , tetapi pada dasarnya saya pikir itu akan berjalan  hebat!

Anggota yang terkemuka  harus menjadi anggota tim kehormatan Elrond dan dapat mewakili Elrond dalam berbagai acara dan pertemuan. Dan juga  ide yang menarik adalah Dukungan Komunitas Elrond. Di sini anggota komunitas dapat memecahkan masalah dan membantu mendapatkan imbalan atas upaya mereka untuk ini dan forum.elrond.com akan menjadi tempat yang sangat baik untuk ini.

Dan setelah semua ini berjalan, pertemuan komunitas tahunan Elrond pasti akan menjadi sesuatu yang mengejutkan!

Masa depan cerah dan saya benar-benar percaya komunitas Elrond akan tumbuh secara eksponensial dan dengan bantuan dengan tim inti Elrond, kami akan dapat mengubah dunia menjadi tempat yang lebih baik dengan satu Lon pada satu waktu. Bagian terkecil dari ERD adalah Lon (ide saya)!
